Option to EXCLUDE organizations in Trace API calls

Currently, various endpoints in the Trace API offer the option to restrict results to specific organizationIDs via the parameter "org_id[]".

We would like to ask for an extension where we can provide an array of org_id:s to be excluded - meaning the call retrieves all results, but excluding results / documents belonging to aforementioned org_id:s.

Let's take the products endpoint as an example:

- We would like to be able to pass e.g., two org_id:s [o1, o2]. The list of results would then include ALL products the organization (making the API call) is entitled to, EXCEPT the products that belong to o1 & o2.

- We also see the scenario when we want to retrieve all products the organization (making the API call) is entitled to, EXCEPT their own products - this would results in a call where you would just pass your "own" org_id.
