Include total count for pagination in BTS Trace API endpoints

We would really benefit from having a total count (or approximate total count) for the pagination in the respective endpoints, especially for a search use case.

Right now, we're given a NEXT parameter, allowing an end user to move "forward" in the results. We'd like to help the end user a little bit more by giving them an idea of the total number of results returned, i.e. to determine if it's worth to start "paging forward" or if the total number of results is way to large and it could be a better idea to adjust the search criteria.
